CATT to JTAG adapter

Adapter to easily connect a JTAG programmer to Tanmatsu using the CATT connector, which allows for debugging the ESP32-P4 application processor using a dedicated programmer tool such as SEGGER J-Link or the Espressif ESP-PROG board.

This adapter converts the CATT port into both a 10 pin 1.27mm "Cortex debug" style JTAG header and a QWIIC I2C connector. In addition it contains an user controlled LED for quick visual feedback.

Does not include a programmer or adapter cable.
